O. H. HARPHAM. Hardware Dealer, Postmaster and Director in Havana Nat'l Bank, is a native of Havana, born Jan. 5, 1845, and is the son of Dr. E. B. Harpham. During the Civil War, he served as a member of Co. I, 139th Ill. Inf. He has filled the office of Mayor, Alderman, and other positions of trust. He was married in 1867 to Miss Rosa Barwick. P. O.
